Company History

Prefinished Staining Products, Inc. was founded in 1999 and has experienced steady growth over the years.

• In the first 3 years, Prefinished Staining Products, Inc. had outgrown two facilities.
• In 2002, we moved to our current 40,000 square foot facility located at 4575 Anston Road, Green Bay, WI, about 10 miles northwest of Green Bay.
• In 2009 we expanded further, by adding an automated spray line that utilizes an oven baking system to cure our finishes.
• In 2010, we added an automated feeding system to the automated finishing line.
• Prefinished Staining Products Inc. was the 1st LP National Preferred Prefinisher.
• On June 1, 2019, Prefinished Staining Products, Inc. was acquired by LP Building Solutions.

When founded in 1999, Prefinished Staining Products, Inc. started by providing staining/painting services to wholesalers and local lumberyards. In 2003, Prefinished Staining Products, Inc. began to provide substrate along with the staining/painting services to lumberyards statewide. By providing the complete package of substrate and finishing services, we have gained a larger market share in the Midwest Region.
